Merchant bankers Steven Manolis and Michelle Manolis sold their 755 Park Avenue co-op apartment for $5.8 million to renowned composer and instrumentalist Lucia Hwong Gordon and her husband Peter Gordon, according to New York City public records.

Steven Manolis has decades of real estate finance experience, and Michelle Manolis has decades of investment experience, including with commercial paper. The husband and wife run Manolis & Company, LLC, a boutique real estate brokerage, investment bank, and merchant bank.

The Upper East Side co-op is located on the northeast corner of 775 Park Avenue and East 72nd Street.
