$4 Million Coop Sold on West End Ave. by Estate of Children’s Author
A cooperative apartment in the Clebourne at 924 West End Avenue between 105th and 106th Streets just sold for over $4 million.
The estate of the award-winning children’s author Madeleine L’Engle Franklin, author of “A Wrinkle in Time.” sold the apartment that she owned for approximately forty-seven years.
The Upper West Side co-op was bought by two physicians, Dr. Catherine Sibyl Magid and Dr. Michael Alexander Diefenbach.
Dr. Diefenbach is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology & Oncological Sciences at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Magid trained as a hematologist and oncologist
