Parker Posey Sells Her Coop for $1.31 Million

Parker Posey sold her three room East Village coop apartment at 119 East 10th Street for $1.31 million. Jeremy A. Rossman bought the brownstone apartment for $135,000 over the asking price of $1,175,000.According to the New York Times, Posey’s former neighbors in the building included:

• Chloë Sevigny, who paid $1.19 million for her coop apartment in April 2005
• James Iha, the former Smashing Pumpkins guitarist, and
• Sculptor Robert Gober

According to NYC records, the indie actress headed a bit westward to another coop on Fifth Avenue just north of Washington Square Park.
